Aperture & Sheet Thickness
 Our round hole perforated sheets are categorized into micro-aperture and standard aperture types, each engineered with tailored specifications, processing techniques and performance advantages to meet the diverse application needs of multiple industries worldwide.

 1. Micro-aperture Round Hole Perforated Sheet
 - Core specifications: Aperture ≤3mm, subdivided into ultra-micro aperture (≤0.5mm) and standard micro aperture (0.5-3mm); matching sheet thickness 0.2-2mm. The sheet thickness cannot exceed the aperture, otherwise stamping forming is impossible.
 - Open area ratio reference: 5%-25% (The smaller the aperture, the lower the open area ratio, limited by processing precision)
 - Processing requirements: Ultra-micro aperture requires laser perforation, standard micro aperture can be precision punched, with hole position tolerance ≤±0.03mm
 - Core selling points: Precision without burrs, high screening/filtration accuracy, excellent heat dissipation

 - Core specifications: Aperture 3-50mm, subdivided into medium aperture (3-15mm) and medium-large aperture (15-50mm); matching sheet thickness 1-8mm. Medium aperture is for thin sheets (1-3mm), medium-large aperture for medium-thick sheets (3-8mm).
 - Open area ratio reference: 20%-60% (Staggered arrangement has a higher open area ratio than straight arrangement, which is the mainstream choice for overseas customers)
 - Processing requirements: Standard CNC punching is available, mass production without process limitations, hole position tolerance ≤±0.1mm
 - Core selling points: High mass production level, cost-effective, complete specifications, wide adaptability

 3. Large Aperture Round Hole Perforated Sheet
 - Core specifications: Aperture ＞50mm, subdivided into large aperture (50-100mm) and extra-large aperture (＞100mm); matching sheet thickness 5-20mm. The larger the aperture, the thicker the matching sheet thickness to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the sheet.
 - Open area ratio reference: 30%-70% (Mostly staggered arrangement to ensure uniform force and avoid sheet deformation)
 - Processing requirements: Stamped by CNC punch press for thick sheets, some extra-large apertures need plasma cutting, and leveling treatment is required after stamping.
 - Core selling points: Heavy load-bearing, excellent light transmittance/ventilation, stable structure
